SOLVE’s Involvement in the Community

Community involvement provides a great way to help other organizations create positive work climates that promote employee engagement and a sense of purpose while serving the needs of the community. Our strategists have dedicated their time and talents to some wonderful organizations. Most notably, SOLVE has contributed an abundance of time and resources to supporting leaders who lead and support the community. Experience Matters – Board of Directors

Experience Matters connects the skills and talent of individuals, age 50+, with social benefit organizations to enhance their capacity to solve community problems.  All people age 50+ and social benefit organizations are working jointly to deliver positive community outcomes.

TeamMates Mentoring Program

TeamMates is a school-based, one-to-one mentoring program co-founded by Dr. Tom and Nancy Osborne. The focus of the mentoring relationship is for an adult volunteer to help build a positive relationship with a student so as to help them reach their full potential.
