Employees of Human Capital Consulting Division Spinoff from Omaha-based Risk Management Agency

Operations to Be Conducted as SOLVE Consulting, LLC

 

OMAHA, Neb., January 3, 2017 – SOLVE Consulting, LLC announced its incorporation today. Formerly the human capital consulting division of an Omaha-based insurance broker, SOLVE was sold to current employees in the division for an undisclosed amount.

Virginia “Gini” Collins, formerly managing principal of the Omaha risk management agency’s human capital consulting division, is now chief executive of SOLVE which will retain offices in Omaha and Scottsdale. SOLVE, a firm comprised of primarily organizational psychologists, provides expertise in hiring the right people, developing company talent, succession planning, employee engagement, executive coaching and strategic planning.
