Cindy has more than 25 years of experience working as a member of our team and over 30 years in the business field. With experience in assessment administration and affirmative action program analysis, Cindy’s professional skills are a true asset to SOLVE.


Cindy also provides executive administrative support to the team. She manages scheduling, billing and delivers exceptional client support. Her distinctive skill set brings organizational efficiency to the team along with a proactive client focus. She is a problem solver who takes the initiative to bring the best resolution to client needs.


Cindy eagerly took on her current role when SOLVE was born. In addition to client relations and reinforcing the team, she manages the day-to-day operations of the office.


Her interpersonal and management skills along with her values-based approach to business and client work provide Cindy with the tools needed to contribute to SOLVE’s growth.


In her spare time, you will find Cindy with her granddaughter or visiting her son and daughter-in-law in Chicago. Staying focused on healthy living and exercise with good friends gives Cindy the resilience and vitality needed to work with the fun yet fast-paced people at SOLVE.
